3. 5 Minutes Journaling

Reading can distract you from things outside. Reading is better than scrolling on your phone, sitting and overthinking, or other activities that could be better for you to start your day. So, reading is a good solution for you to do right after you wake up.
Read reading that makes you dive deep into the story. If you like short poetry, then read it. If you want self-help-quotes or book, then read it. If you like fiction story, then read it.

5. 5 Minutes Stretching
If pushing yourself to do a set of morning workouts is too hard, then doing five minutes stretching in your room may be the best solution. There is no harm in taking five minutes to stretch your body. With this, you can start the day with a fresher body and feel more relieved.
